doom judgementFollow

I dont understand why the new crusader spell doom judgement has to use the same recast timer as my unyielding conviction spell...but makes recast on concviction which is usually 30 seconds x10 making it 300 seconds...just like doom judgements recast timer....is this right...or a bug?
