LaunchPad Problem..HelpFollow

(First time posting) I just recently got EQ2 and everytime i i try to update it says that "Char_ECB.vpk" fails and it cancels the update. I've tried 5 times to update and i've reinstalled EQ2 twice and it still says it..Can anyone tell me how i can fix it or anything like that..Thanks for the help.

Check the EQ2 main forums. I'll take a look myself becuase I have seen similar issues listed in the Technical Support Forums. I know there is a proceedure to do basically delete everything except the EQ2 exe file and maybe a couple of others and the downloader will repopulate everything (very long download), but I don't have the details.

Prior to doing that, try a full scan in the download options if you haven't already.

Also do post this on the EQ2 Technical Support Forums. You'll probably have quite a few responses within a day from people who know more than me.
