This is a quest i got from the girl thats dancing in the first hut on the left as you enter wind stawlker villiage in antonica.

First she give you a quest thats doable (lisard scails) then if you talk to her again she will give you the dress quest. AAAAAGH! All you have to do is find the dress merchant in the thundering steppes. Yeah right! I searched the steps high and low. I talked to every npc I could find. I even looked in places no npc dress merchant should be. In the towers and craters and heavy agro areas.

Please help me. I cant take it any more. I have to finish this quest.

A new dress NOW! yeah I guess I didnt say that was the name. sorry. I couldnt find anything on that site either. It must be a new quest. So maby its not finished or broken or somthing.

The dress merchant is at the TS docks and is called "a dress merchant". YOu can find him/her in the first building up the steps on your left as you enter the docks.

You need to buy a dress off her, hailing her does nothing. Cost is about 5sp. Return the dress to complete the quest.

This then leads to the "performance" quest where you have to get the Windstalker villagers to come and watch her dance, and then lastly the "ribbons" quest, which involves killing highwayman to get 3 stolen ribbons back. The last 2 quests take about 10 minutes to complete - pretty easy really.

No further quests were offered to my lvl 22 pally.
