every time i try and log in now it says

what the hell? i just payed 15 bucks three days ago... anything i gotta do to fix this or what?

I am having the same problem. It takes all of about 1 second to "time out".

happens in both swg and eq2.. played soe games for 18 months, and it's never happened to me before, but I assume it's something with their login servers
Same problem here, can't log into game or EQ2site.

Having same problem. Couldn't find a word from SoE about this problem anywhere. They have really lousy customer service, but right on time taking your money.

I did the workaround from the above link and it worked fine for me. The file I had to open was "everquet2" and it was an application. The EQ2 ones are not the right ones, must spell out the name. Goes into the screen sequence after the login/character select screen and prompts for a name and password with a different dialog box than usual.
indeed! it worked but... i didnt get to auto play my char! man i hate clicking more than i have too... haha

At least i know it wasn't just me lol couldn't get on but when i saw this only had 15 min to play :P
