Don't think so but you can always keep a close eye on your exp bar.

Anytime I'm concerned about the "return on investment" for a given mob, I hover my mouse pointer over the XP bar for a sec in mid-fight and verify my current XP percentage. Then, as soon as the fight is over, I can do it again and compute the difference.

However, whenever I do this, the experience always appears to flow more slowly!!! I guess it's true that a watched pot never boils...

Instead of finding out how many exp points are gained, look for how much of a percentage you gain.

Like OldBlueDragon said, mouse-over the exp bar before and after a fight to see how much you are getting.

If you are getting 2-5% per kill, stay there and keep fighting!

If you are getting 1% per kill, it could be better, but it's steady progress.

If you are getting barely a movement on the blue bar, time to look for better and tougher mobs.
