Based on what you listed, I would say no it won't run on your computer. I went to Amazon and found you the listing for the game's absolute minimum requirements. They are:

Will it run well on a system this weak? No. But it will run.

In order to run the game well, you will need at least a 2ghz pentium processor, (or equivilent)as well as 1gb of system memory and 128mb of memory on your vid card. Moving up to a 256mb vid card will let you run in balanced mode and with little or no lag in most zones.
