Where or when do you get the recipe for eolith tempers. I am a lvl 11 outfitter, and so far have recipes that require it, but do not know how to make it?

You have a couple of options.

Buy it from an Alchemist, or purchases the Apothacary Essentials Volume 1 (sp). This book as well as 2-4 will all you to make basic Alchemy items including tempers.

Whatwhatwhat!? Outfitters can now make Eolith?! I stopped playing more than a month ago, and that was not possible when i played. I guess there was enough complaints about Alchys having a crafter monopoly, but now what? Poisons and potions are next to useless last time I checked, and if the other crafters can go buy books to make all their previously-dependants, what does that leave Alchys with? Just making the ink for Adept 3s, I guess T.T

Dont cry, Alchemists are now in the same boat as EVERY other crafting in game except Provisoners. By the way Poisons sell very well when you bother to take the time to build up clients. True you dont sell 1000's a day, but I used to sell 20-30 every day or two.

Potions do sell, but take a lot more work. Only a couple of them are worth it and they tend to be higher level ones. The +resist ones sell fairly well for raids. ;)

Oh, by the way WORTS and INKs still sell well.. Just not at the 6000% markup they used to. Now days they provide between 200 and 300% depending on the teir and the day.

OK lol. I guess some ppl used to gouge other crafters on dependencies. About the poisons/potions, those must have been buffed, like they said they were going to be. Back in Dec, when I stopped playing, no one bought potions or poisons, even when I put them on the board to recover basic costs that went into making it when I was leveling. Well, that is very good for Alchys that has changed :)

Alchemist still make more money then most of the other artisan classes. No reason to complain.

As it has been for years, this is probably the best source of tradeskill recipes you're going to find.
