Newb UI questionFollow

There is probably an easy answer to my question, but i can't figure it out: A couple weeks ago, after a patch, my Sustained Ability bar that runs down the left hand side of the UI disappeared and I can find no way to bring it back. It's very inconvenient having to disband from group to cancel some buffs :/
Any help is appreciated.

For future reference, there's 2 easy ways to fix this sort of thing.

1. Go into options, User Interface, and go through all the hotkey commands until you find the one you are looking for. In other words, it will say "hotkey bar" with alt-h or whatever next to it, then you know that hitting alt-h will bring it up or remove it. Just keep opening up the menus until you find the one you need.

2. Not as good, you can delete your ini file for that character, and start over on all the windows.
