Can anyone give me any information about armor quests for my wizard? Specifically, where to find them.

You can find the quest giver in Elddar Grove. She sits in the small square "rock garden" near the large central tree.

They are given by an NPC in eldar groove, he is inside the square thingy outside the dojo and i think his name is gildian or something like that.
Some additional info - might be some misstakes in this text as it's been a while since i made em:
For AQ1 you will need 14 caltorsis magis and 15 rotstuffed scarecrows if i remember it correctly.
AQ2 is a bit harder, then you will need 25 giantscale basilisks (solo mobs - level 20), 12 broodtender hatchlings (baby spiders that comes in groups together with their mothers in BB) and the named Advisor Pandrus which roams outside caltorsis ruins and is 22++ or 23++ i think.
AQ3 is challanging, it's inside stormhold and takes a long time to complete unless you got an uber group.
You will need 12 slime thingys, i think almost any living slime will do but i did the condensed mists near the library entrance room. Also, 12 defiled torrents. These roam the halls occationally and seem very rare, but there is a room somewhere dep inside the barracks filled with these. Get there and you'll finish em fast. The final part is 8 guardian writs - flying books that can be found within the library. These are very hard, level 24 and is always in "heroic" battles.
AQ4 is where i gave up, as i never got any help with this one.
Most people say that 5 and 6 is alot easier then 3 and 4 tho, so hang in there :P Anyways, you will need 12 shrillers (bats), 20 scarabs and 12 ire minions from the crypt of betrayal. This isnt so hard, the issue is finding a group to help you out. No one ever hunts in the crypts :P Good luck with that :)
5 and 6 is in TS - many parts of 5 can be soloed i think, and 6 is kinda hard as it involves a named to be slain.
