I am a member of the Wayfarer stockpilers on the Grobb server, it is level 8 right now (was almost 10 but a bunch of people quit I guess). Anyways I have noticed when I do a writ with them the exp they gain is so little you can barely watch the bar move.

My question is how they base the exp gain. Is it like guild patrons where the more people in the guild the less exp each person gives? There is liek 1500 some people in the guild, Id say 2/3 of them do not bother with the collection writs. If there was less people in this society would they gain more exp per turn in? I know most of them don't do the quests cause my friend joined not long ago and after he finished his first writ he moved up to like a rank of 400ish or something out of 1500+ members. I imagine alot of them are alts and such.

Just would be really nice to see them level up.

Every time anyone completes any task, the society gains 100 status. A single player is not meant to have much affect here, it takes a lot of people to have any noticable effect on guild level onces its above 5. My society is 15 now and I had to do 20+ tasks to see even a twitch in the bubble.

All players contribute the same status, and inactive players have NO effect. They do not hurt leveling the society in any way.
