I was in varsoons a long time ago,and i found an item called "ratty slippers". When you examine it it brings up an item description saying it doesnt lok complete and you may have to corrupt the item, so hold onto it for a while. Anyone know what to do with this damned thing?
I imagine eventually it will give you a quest, however you might not be high enough level to accept the quest?

The bones you can pick up in NeK from chests for Pvt Doopy say the same thing but they are a active quest in your journal I would look again I bet it is in there somewhere.
I found a leather cap like that in TS. Examining it offered a quest to get 10 centaur manes to fix it up. I haven't done the quest yet, so I can't tell you how good the item is that you end up with.
