Guardians/Bezerkers, Monks/Bruisers, All scouts. I do believe that's it.

AlphaElite you might be confused seeing other classes appear to dual wield. When you have an off-hand item other than a shield (for example an orb), the dual wield graphics come into play but you arent actually attacking with the off-hand weapon. Happens with my quisi, looks cool but thats it.

Berzerkers, Monks, Bruisers and Scouts are the only ones that can dual wield, crusaders never get it, guardians lose it at lvl 20.

I do have a guardian alt (lvl. 23 on Permafrost) named Random, and he can dual wield. Right now he uses a Giant Pick axe (I think) and Skullsmasher (hammer) when I'm off tanking or just need a lil extra damage.
