Crusader-SK/Pally questionFollow

Hey everyone, I have a level 19 Crusader.... GRRRR sk... every once in a while i see a soft blue halo around the numbers in the damage that i do... and it happens everytime on certain skills... i am pretty sure it means its devine damage, but im just lookin for a reassurance... someone want to let me know whats up here.

No polearms. And as far as the blue haloed numbers... I don't normally pay attention to the flashing numbers, I normally just watch the scrolling text in my combat filter box if I want to see something.
