I need helpFollow

Hello I have had a problem with the count.When i introduce the referring data to the card VISA I forget input the date of expiry date .When I return to put this data, says me that the CD-key is already in use.When I login whit the account that they sent me to my mail(it's that i have created withouth date of expiry date) returned me to request the CD-key. I'm sorry but I do not speak english very well,if somebody can help me, i apologice contact with me. My hotmail is diegoexs@hotmail.com. Thanks for all.
