Chance of sucess vs level 10 mob 75%
chance of sucess vs lvl 20 mob 0%
WTH does that mean? if the mob is under lvl 10 I have a 75% chance of it working?
What about mobs that are lvl 11-19?
All I know is that if I fight something around my alt's lvl (15) white con, and FD it breaks agro...so what is Sony trying to say??

What it means is that FD will have a 0% at 20 so at lvl19 this is 5% or so and goes up to a max of 75% so when you FD with that level 15 mob the game does a roll on whether or not it works based on there percentage of the level i know i have used FD on a level 18 at when i was 20 and it not work the first time but work when i re cast it hope this helps
