After searching for this, I had to post where I finally found the thing. BarbShaman found the Lvl 20 scroll "Udor's Spirit of the Hawk" in ELDDAR GROVE off SCRIBE DUVO who's located up the tree in center, lol /memories of gfay............. ride the lift up) and now poof Im a birdie~!

BTW I don't know if they have fixed this but used to be you could cast your bear form on yourself and get the stats and then cast the bird form on yourself and keep the stats. Its been awhile from playing my mystic and don't know if that still works or not.
