I read somewhere (cant seem to find it now ) that T1 and T2 rares will be harvesting more often .
Can anyone confirm this or post the link for the notes that state this plz?
I can seem to find em now and i cant remember where i read this.

I think I read on one of the tradeskill sites that in the next big patch tradeskillers will be able to make items that will increase harvesting skills, and with it the chance to get rares.
