1) Creation guides
at a minimum, distill the thread-based knowledge regarding
dual wield vs single wield weapons etc - who uses them, can you use a longsword and a dagger (no, they should both be dual wield) etc
2) How to use a bow -- or if its practical, say for a bard rather than ranger
3) Crafting guide at least taking people to skill 10+ so they can start making pristine inks, chests, backpacks etc for coin
4) Solo advice by class
I'll try to write something on each, now that I've had 3 weeks exposure to the game.
5) I miss the EQatlas approach of maps with zone details, not JUST a map, but a general discussion of pathing issues, people to look out for, why you want to visit it, in short - information for the tourist... There's already excellent maps at the Polish site, but theres not a zone discussion like on old EQmaps. It would help.
6) I wish I could view a list of vendor items vs player crafted items to plan my future expenditures while offline.
7) If you use a database engine like SQL 2000, maybe premium content users could log in, and leave crafting WISH LISTS by server, with date name quantity and see who bites with offers. Thus crafters know whether items have potential, and prices can be eventually settled. This might be too much server bandwidth for you, in terms of the back end, but I think a SQL server could do the trick.
8) in similar vein, for your site to break even rather than be a money sink, consider doing things nobody else does and everybody didnt think to ask for. Err um, maybe thats why you asked :))
I'm sorry I havent been able to contribute financially, but perhaps ideas are the coin of the times.
