Troubador quest HELP!Follow

I cannot say the right thing to that Bloodbile guy! No matter what I tell him, he attacks me. Now, I've only tried to talk to him as a level 18; I just hit 19 last night but didn't have the chance to try it again.

In the meantime, here are the specifics of what's happening:

Talk to him, have two options:

"Er... what's a kingpin?"

"You mean YOU will owe me and <somebody else>"

First option, he says something about I'm a spy and attacks. Second option brings up these options (or something to these effects):

"Didn't you hear? He was assassinated, and she took over."

"I meant HER, I'm sorry!"

Either way, he calls me a spy and attacks me.

I'm hoping a new speech option pops up when I'm level 19, otherwise I'm completely stuck and have no idea what to do.

Please help!
