Please elaborate on the problem.

When I type in CD key after it says you aren't suscribed to EQ2, It says-Sorry but your session has timed out, click here to restart..
Never stops saying that too.

If you've bought the game, you need to sign up with SoE to play. If it's saying you aren't subscribed that's what it means, you need to give them your credit card or game card details.

On the other hand there is now a free trial of Isles of Refuge only, but that's a separate download, you don't buy it on disc.

Just to make sure we really understand this - you've downloaded the free trial and it gives you a CD key to use?

edit, ok it says you have to be a Fileplanet subscriber to get this.
