I am a LVL 13 Crusader. I cannot find a ranged wepon that is not Red. Were can I get a bow or some kind of ranged wepon.

That is correct. We crusaders, and the class you choose in the future cannot use bows. We really have no need for them, despite the added stats you could get. I imagine that eventually there will be some ranged slot items that could augment this. So don't worry about it, just pull with your spells.
