Can anyone confirm the existance of this spell? Supposedly it's aquired at lv. 20 but I do not see this spell in my book.
I"m currently a lv. 21 Warlock. Is there a special quest for this spell or something?

I think you have to buy it. I found my level 20 illusionist "fun" spells in Qeynos Harbor in the building with the NPC that let's you set up a guild. Its just across the bridge from the south qeynos zone.
Yes, you have to buy it from that NPC.

One of the scribes in the temple in North FP has this spell. I just bought it last night when I turned 20.
