Hiya folks,
Been playing the game for around a month or so and I have yet to figure out much about the activateable items you can buy from merchants. The "descriptions" are totally useless and tell you exactlty nothing about what the heck anything does. Since I don't really feel like buying every item available and activating it just to see what happens, perhaps someone would be so kind as to point me to a site with actual item descriptions. What I'd really like to know is what items (if any) can heal you? I would think they'd have to have something like that, right? Or do they expect you to always play in a group with healers?

From what I can tell, most activatable items (except poison) behaves way below its level. What I mean is, if you have a Salve that cons blue to you (cures poison/disease/etc)... there's no way it'll cure anything that you're actually likely to encounter.

Basically, buy a few & try em out... you'll figure out on you're own that merchant-bought potions are for the most part totally ineffective. (Not sure about player-made)

Yeah, don't buy from merchants. They might be cheaper, but for a reason. Player-made products (food, weaps...) are better, even at their lowest. Buy a merchant board from a merchant and place it in your home to shop and then run to ppl's houses to get them. THat way you don't have to pay a broker.
