Howdy Folks-
Well, on the second part of the becoming a berserker.
In the Serpent Sewer looking for the agent. Cannot find him *and along with getting a hefty experience penalty* I keep getting whacked....so can this be done solo? or do you need to find some help?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

You prolly have this resolved by now. You'll go to Serpent Sewers then to the Storeroom which is an instanced zone. Inside you will find the agent you are too protect.
Basically... pull the mobs one at a time (easy to do with your bow if you have one, prolly doable with your ranged taunt). I have a bow and it worked flawlessly.
Anyways, kill group 1. Kill group 2. Talk to the Captain again...she'll show up after the fight. And your done.
