What skill level do you need to gather, mine, etc... in Thundering Steppes?

I just popped over to the EQ2Traders site where I found the following:
So, since T-Steppes is a tier 3 zone, (it is tier 3, right???), you'd be looking at a skill level of 90+.

So, since T-Steppes is a tier 3 zone, (it is tier 3, right???), you'd be looking at a skill level of 90+.
For Teir 2 you just need Mining and Foresting over 40 to be able to harvesting these teir's.
And for TS Teir 3 you need everything over 90 to be able to harvest.
Teir 4 I am not to sure about. But I wouold have to say that it is like teir 3, where you need everything about the 140 skill.

Tier 2 was dropped to 20 skill awhile ago. So you can harvest in Antonica and Commonlands when your skill is at 20.
It don't take much to be able to get hit lvl 20 in any of those. Getting to 90 in gathering can be a chore, and Im still working on getting 140.
