Yeah, I got a rogue, almost a swashy, and I need to know where to get some good agility junk. It seems that when you post something on the scout forum, it never gets read, so I decided to take it straight to here. Please help me out.
P.S. I mean my armor isn't all that great.

Once you hit level 20 the AQ gear quests are open to you to start. Pretty nice gear, should last you to level 29.

Might consider starting the Dwarven Work boots quest at lvl 20?
