yeah sorry about the subject title but uh.... i got on after waiting ten minutes and all my chars were locked, and the char i got from level 8 to 12 is back to level 8!!! ANOTHER ROLLBACK!?!!?!? CMON IM GETTING TIRED OF THIS!

lol thats the kind of thing I have always feared when laying an MMO that my toon will be rolled back or erased and SOE just says "oops sorry". But there should be something you can do about this.
No rollback that I know off. Everything looks fine to me, I suspect you logged into the wrong character. :)
NOTE: If your trying to loggin during a Patch/Downtime the server will be locked and you will see very old information. This is fairly well known, just wait until the server comes back up.
