Well i went to the Vassi guy and he doesnt seem to want to give me the first step for my AQ. Im 22 now and just got around to doing the AQ (cause my gear SUX lol) . As a necromancer , am i going to the wrong guy to get the AQ?

If you are in Freeport (are all Necro's evil as it seems they should be?) the person for very light armor AQ is Kirsteh the Witch in EFP. (I think she is in a building near the docks, but I can't remember exactly.

Yes as stated above you were going to the wrong guy. Vassi is for the medium armor. The toon your looking for is located in the market area of EFP and is the name given above. When you walk into the market I believe it is the 2nd to last door on the left hand side. Hope I'm not to late answering this for ya.
