Hi i need some help. In the Ruins outside of freeport in the Nomad building i killed something and it dropped a music box in a chest which when examined gave me a quest to find the owner. This is the part i need help on i cant find the person because it doesnt even say what zone they are in and i cant find it on the quest search. So if anyone has done this quest could you please tell me where i can find this person? Also i cant remember the NPC's name and can't check cause the server is down.

I have found that if the Quest doesn't specify the Zone in which you can find the NPC then the NPC is probably in the zone in which you got the quest.

been awhile since i did this quest, but i think the owner is in sfp, i'll look in my quest log to see if the completed quest said who i turned it in to tho an update the post if so

I believe you need Lucilla for this quest right? She is in South Freeport near the big Bend zone line, there are 2 merchants there she is the one closest to the stairs leading to the main part of the zone.
