Hello...

I hear the minimum level is 25 for EL?

And that you need a ticket from the Harbor Master to get there?

Would that be the Harbor Master in Qeynos Harbor?

I cannot find a quest for this...am I missing something...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

The rocket science used to get that link was looking under Quests by Type>Access>Enchanted lands Access.

Maid for the Mist

You start the quest at level 25 by talking to one of the seamist fairies on the beach near the Nektulos Docks. She will direct you to talk to the halfling by the ramp to the docks.
