What Horse ?Follow

I've read all the posts about guild status levels etc and discounts on horses, and assume the elddar charger is the fastest? But wondered if anyone know how fast for instance the cheapest one is, and /or others in between ?

I've looked through several sites and not come across any posts highlighting horses or different speeds.

Please advise.
