I'm a level 12 Bard, and all the quests I've done have had decent rewards, but nothing exceptional (so far). Some give different armor pieces that are better than the stuff from IoR, but nothing that knocks your socks off.

Just do as many as you can, see if you can use what you get, and sell what you can't. Most of the items are worth about a silver (to the right merchant) if you can't use it, so it just depends on whether you want to spend that time for a silver or not. A lot of quests have the same or similar requirements, so maybe you're getting 4 silver out of the deal.

Try Scale yard, Coldbrow's, will need halasian language primer, its 12 SP. Progressive quest, nice armor.

Also, Merchant Skagga in Big Bend.

Both have nice armor pieces for easy work for a lvl 10.

For weapons use the Blort in Big bend, he gives a nice weapon for low lvl's, although you might have better already.

for a bow do the huntmasters quest in commonlands, not to hard at lvl 15 solo. just have to be selective in what you pull.

Sunken city, do both at the tent area, easy to do and nice rewards for newbie quest

There are alot of others, these are just a few I do on all my new toons for easy armor.
