Greetings
Can someone help me
I am a 19 crusader, i have good armour.
I am now finding it difficult to pull aggro with groups
this lvl as my shout and taunt sre only app2.
I need either better of these or both or advice as to some
other way to make sure i pull the aggro.
I can make with my other alt, but the sepia ink i make is not
good enough to ensure lvl 4 of either of these scrolls.
I am prepared to return the favour with a nights session of help, or reasonable payment if someone can ante up app 3 or 4 or pristine sepia.
I am on Toxullia and my 2 alts are Charxx crusader
or neveule crafter
Please help me.

On my server Tier 1 AppIVs are only going for between 50-85 silver. Not too unreasonable. To be better pulling and gaining aggro, improve not only your taunts but also your damage skills as more damage = more aggro.

Make sure you know all your aggro enhancing skills. Not just taunt and shout. You also have inflame, though its not one of my favorites.
You will get more aggro increasing spells later on.
Aggro isn't just about taunting. How often you hit seems to matter, and how hard, but I don't know yet how important it is (this was analyzed to death in EQ1, not sure it has been yet on EQ2, I haven't seen it)
Aggro management isn't your job either, its everyone's job.
The wizard that nukes on inc is responsible for ******** up aggro. If you are the main tank and another tank is constantly taking aggro, then you need to talk to them. For example, I play a paladin, and I've found that when grouped with a zerker, I cannot keep aggro. All their spells seem to induce aggro and no matter how much I spam the aggro increasers, I can't get aggro off a zerker. So it makes sense for the zerker to be the main tank, even if he's a level or 2 below.
The worst thing you can do to your healers is to spread the aggro through the group. Now instead of healing one guy a bunch, they have to heal everyone a little, and that's a lot more expensive in terms of power.

If you get one more level on your scholar alt you will easily be able to make your own pristine sepia inks. It should not take you more then an hour to get one more level.
Your short groupbattlebuffs is also a very good agro tool.
Buff after you have taunted with all your taunts and done your melee AE if you have any.
Dont know alot about your class but I know some about kkeeping agro as a guardian.
If you group with a class that can put a dmg shield on you ask him/her to do that before you engage or all agro from dmgshield will go towards whoever gave you damageshield. If you get dmg shield before you engage all agro from damageshield will go to you.
Theese things I know since I have tested them.

I started a new post "training day"
Well i managed to buy a few of the ones i needed
i also took the advice and bought damage ones
I must have just miised out on power cleave adept 3 for 5sil
By the time i got over to the baubs from CV it was gone "gutted"
Anyhow there has been a splurge of scrolls posted overnight
as i say in the other post in 24hrs from 40 odd pages to 177!
Whats that about?
Have the loot drops been improved?
Mind you still need better shout and taunt
