i know strength and stamina suck but

The initial racial stats will soon be overshadowed by the gear upgrades. Look for items that boost your Agility, as that is your primary stat.
Eventually, your AGI will be over 200 based on your stat-boosting gear and weapons. So whatever racial stat issue you had will now be a non-issue.
