how do you get a dragon or a lucan d'lere statue? is it a quest?
The dragon was only available to players who purchased the collectors edition, ($80.00) however, I have seen many of the little guys put up for adoption. Check the sales board on your server and see if there is one that you'd like to bring home...
As of last night, there were about 6 up for sale and depending on prefered color, price on my server, (Toxxulia), ranged from 2.5 plat to upwards of 20 plat from various sellers.
I don't know for sure about the D'Lere statue, (I'm in Qeynos), but statues of the queen are available for purchase and could also have been a perk of the collectors package.
The queen's statues tend to cost much less then a dragon. Last night I saw about 15 or 20 for sale and they averaged around 20 gold.

wow, you get a nice deal with the collector package.. i got it for xmas, that's probably why i didn't know why i had all this stuff >.<
IIRC, the statues come with the preorder package, and you get either Antonia Bayle if the character claiming it lives in Qeynos, or Lucan D'Lere if the character claiming it lives in Freeport.
My Friend and I both got Statues of the Queen with our EQ2 software. WE just bought the cheaper versions, he got his for $30 from gamestop.com and I got mine at Ebgames (local) for $35. I tried to get him to make a fp charactor so we could have a statue of each in our room, but he didn't. Now he has his Queen statue for sale. First night he had it for sale at 2 gold and never sold it :/ I imagine if you could get it on the Freeport market it would be worth more.

ya thats true collecters addition i got it for xmas as a gift from sony they set me up with a free acnt so its cool ^_^
well actually when you put anything up on ur merchant it is being sold in both towns, via the fence. i've come close to buyin the queen b4 jus cuz i thought bout rentin her out to various people for their sick lil fantasys
