Why dont you wear a shield!?Follow

Ok first of all if you are worried about your DPS pick a DPS class, its not a matter of how long the fight last. If your a tank your job is to take agro off of everyone else and stay alive. If you are fighting a tough mob the amount of dmg a tank does isnt going to make a difference but the amount of dmg you take will. It is extremely selfish if you ask me for a tank to even have the thought of his own DPS in mind his job is to take as much DMG possible while the wizzys and rangers and classes like them do the dmg. No matter how much dmg the tank does if the healer runs out of power becuase you dont have good mit then the group is nothing less then screwed.
