Broken discsFollow

My wife broke my install discs awhile back cause she thought I played it too much, but she didnt know I didnt need the discs to play.
A week ago my harddrive went and everything got deleted.
Is there anyway I can get the install discs, or am I going to have to pay 50 bucks again for the game and have an extra cd key?

Your best bet is to ask a friend and use theirs.

If you still have the parts of the disk, you can normaly send them in and a small fee and most companys will replace the disks. I am not sure if that applies to EQ, check the back of your manual.

Whoa, ..How dare she think you play too much.
I hear ya though. Sometimes "I" think I play too much.
I keep it at a respectable level. Nothing even close to my EQ1
days. Anyway, maybe you should see if she'll play with you.

thats just wrong. you should mix lye in with her shampoo and when she comes running out of the shower screaming in agony tell her that she washes her hair too much. I know this is wrong. but it was fun to think about.

I am glad to know that i am safe, because my wife plays as much as i do. BUT... If my wife were to ever do that i would need two things.. Lime and a Shovel.

I just bought EQ2 for $29.99 through Amazon.com. Better than paying $50 if it comes down to it (free shipping too).

Actually I had the same thing happen to me, but it wasnt my wife it was just an accident. Any how what I did was copied the eq.exe file and saved it on my network computer. I wanted to reinstall a fresh copy of windiws and then I mad an eq2 directory and then copied the eq2.exe file into the folder and put a shortcut to the desktop. When you run it it will download the patcher and then it will download the whole game for you. It took me about 6 hours over night but it worked. In EQ! you used to be able to download the patcher from eq live, I couldnt find anything for EQ2 yet though. Any how if you want leave your email address and I can email you the eq.exe file.
