I'm wondering, whatis it about eq2 that makes you play it over everyother mmo out there. Is it the graphics, the potential it has, or is it just because you think its fun. what makes eq2 better than other mmo's in your opinion?

It's fun, immersive, not to solo friendly and not to group forced. I like the lore behind everything.

why make another thread about this when there's a rather large ongoing wow vs eq2 thread that quite nicely sums up the strong and weak points of EQ2

I like EQ2 because it feels so new, like EQ1 did when I started it 4 years ago. Feels like EQ2 will be around for years to come.
