Ok.....I saw the quest to gain access to the zone in Antonica that is blocked with stones....I failed to make note of the quest name and now after hours of searching, I cannot find this quest and really want to gain access....
What I do know is that it is a path blocked with stones (as in a rock slide) and that is all I can remember....
Please, if anyone can help me find this quest I would be most appreciative.

No, not the vale of shattering, this passage is blocked by stones and is close to the entrance to stormhold. The Vale of Shattering is by the Steppes station.

The valley blocked by stones is the Vale of the Shattering. It is on the eastern zone edge just north of the main entrance to Stormhold.
The Valley by the Steppes station is the Hidden Valley for the Bootstrutter's quest. I have done the Shattering quest. It starts with Rask Helstot in Elddar Grove. If there were three of me I could now go past those rocks and into the instanced valley.

Correct. The "Hidden Vale" is by steppes station. The "Vale of Shattering" is by stormhold.

Thank you so much for the information. I was misinformed about the path by the Steppes Station as I am not quite "big" enough to get past the bear, I have not ventured up the path yet. Thank you all again.
You can sprint past the bear. Bootstrutters can be done at almost any level
