I just turned 18 and got 2 choose a new Barbarian skill 4 my Warrior. I chose Cold Disruption(i think thats the name) and want 2 know if any1 can give me a bit of info on it?
I know its a cold proc. I dont know how long it last 4, how often i need 2 cast it, if i can upgrade it(its app 2 now).
Any info would b appreciated. Also, we need better descriptions on these sorta things n then i wouldn't need 2 post this crap on here! :)

Lasts about 3 minutes - has a reuse of about 30 minutes
No way to upgrade it known at this time
Does small amounts of additional cold damage periodically in a fight
Best to use just before you go into what looks like a hard fight, where every little bit helps.

Racial traits and class definitions have no upgrades. You can choose more powerfull versions later on in your levels, but there are no upgrade scrolls or books.
