Mariner's Defense?Follow

I am trying to recall which Freeport based NPC gives the quest for the Mariner's Defense shield. I know I did it on my priest because he carries a Mariner's something-or-other, but despite my notetaking I cannot for the life of me figure out who gave the quest.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sometimes that works, and sometimes it doesn't give you enough information to complete it again. Honestly, I did not check this one on the toon that finished it.

However, for those of you who want a decent shield quest, I found the answer to my own question. The NPC is in the Temple of War in North FP. As you walk in, he is in the balcony straight ahead. He is on your right...quest is called "Mariner's Rhyme" I believe.
