I don't know of a specific site that will have all this information, but I can give you a quick run-down.

City Merchants will start selling things that have a status point cost once your guild has achieved a certain level.

Then there are faction merchants, which reside within the build of the the faction they represent. They sell things based on the faction you hold with them.

Inn rooms are available for rent using status points to reduce the cash cost of the room.
