I really don't understand what you mean by pre-shattering Antonica but I know where Zek is.

First, you need Zek access which starts in Thundering Steppes at the dock. There is a series of four or five different mini quests within the access, which ends as a Zek access boat ride, where you have to defeat multiple strings of enemies. It is not easy and you will need a full group of 26+ and definitely two healers.

So to answer you question, to get to Zek, you ring the bell at the end of the Thundering Steppes dock, only after you complete access.

By pre-shattering Antonica, I meant the continent of Antonica from the original EQ.
