What's the Deal with Reproach?Follow

I bought Reproach Adept 1 for my Inquisitor, but couldn't scribe it (even though I have the spell already). When I examined it, I noticed it had a different skill than the one I use. Okay, figured it was bugged. Tonite I see some other copies of Reproach Adept 1 being sold. Upon examination, those had yet a third skill requirement. Anyone know what's up? Seems odd there would be the same named spell or ability for different classes, but I suppose that could be so. I petitioned it, but the only response I got was that the GM could not tell me the "workings" of the game. Not sure why not!
