Sorry if this has been addressed before...
My guild is based in Freeport. I recently rolled a Qeynos character and joined the guild. The NPCs that I know of who give the Writs are not giving them to me. Is this due to the fact that the guild is based in Freeport? Or is it my level? Or what!?

That is really odd cause even before I was a patron I was able to get quests from writ NPC's (just obviously they wasn't for the guild).

Not positive, but they are the ones listed in the Prima guide. The Freeport ones are correct (though I still can't find one listed) so I assumed the Qeynos NPCs were correct as well.
Well there is logic in it. Why would Qeynosian people help out an evil guild
