vox, IE lady vox. The ice dragon in Permafrost. In EQ1 she was lord nagafen (Firedragon in Soloeseks eye) and together they made the Kerefyrm(SP) the sleeper. Because dragons werent aloud to mate they were both banished to exile. Naggy in SolA and Vox in Permafrost. how ever there were giants in both places both dragons adapted to them and became there masters, but the ice giants got jelious of Lady vox, and something mysterious happened to her. My guess is she is dead, because the screenshots from FoH guild Show her as "Spirit of Lady Vox".

no, naggy and vox "Did it" and created kerrifrym. Thats why there were banished to exile in there areas.

Actually from what I read, Vox and Nagefan tried to create another Kerafyrm, one that they would control. The 2 dragons that created the first one were banished, one was in ToV. Think his name was Druzlar or something, he was the small long neck red dragon. Im not sure where the other dragon was, think it was DN.

The true parents of Kerefyrm have never been given by SoE. In the White Wolf Pen and paper game, one of their books says that Dozekar the Cursed is his father (for whatever good that book is for lore). Here is a good article on the subject:
