Hi, I am trying to kill pirates in commonlands ocean, and I keep running out of breath almost before I even get to the pirate. What am I doing wrong? Other than getting a spell put on me by a priest, are there any ways of increasing my time underwater? Any objects, food, drink, etc. that can help? THanks.

does the totem have a limited number of uses?
Yes, limited number. I think it is four if the totem is pristine, but I am not positive on that one. I can check later tonight and post back to you.
Okay I checked on that question for you. The totem only has one charge (as far as I can tell). But if you get a craftsman to make it for you, if they get it pristine they will make 4 totems. What server are you on?

Ouch. That's lame! Was going to offer to give you some if you were on my server, didn't know that they break in combat. I have only made them, not used them.
Your best bet is to just ask a priest or someone else that can provide EB for ya. Other than that you can work on your fishbone earring quest.

Does the fishbone earring give you ability to breathe underwater?
Anything similar for Freeport quests?
Fishbone earring is a heritage quest. Anyone can do it. It starts in Thundering steppes when you turn 25. Talk to the guy behind the last hut on the right when facing the shore from the end of the dock.
