All of a sudden, when I try and cast any type of buff that requires concentration, it doesn't work and I get the message "you do not have enough concentration"...
I'm level 18 and this is the first time this has happened...all with spells I've casted many many times. Please help!!

Well, the only thing that causes that message is, obviously, when you do not have enough concentration.
Concentration is the blue-ish/white set of 5 bubbles under your Name, HP and Power bars. most maintained spells use 1, some use up to 3 or 4. If you fill that bar up, you cannot cast another spell that uses concentration.
Things that may have caused you to be full, casting buffs on party members, casting buffs on yourself, etc...

this is a stupid question, but how many buffs do you have going already? at 18 I think you only have maybe 4 tops, and your concentration should be 5, so while I doubt thats the issue, it's worth a look.
Some buffs seem to be bugged so when you log they should not be up. Some of the Mystic other single person buffs did that to me. So you log on the next day and you are still getting the hit for it on your con bar but that person is gone.
Had the same thing happen to my SK the other day was in a group and played for a few hours, I logged before anyone else when I got back on I still had some one else buff on me and it lasted the full 10 or 11 hours it had on it also .
Just look at your buff bar, if you one up there you don't have an icon for just right click it and cancell it then start all over

Some buffs use more than one concentration anyway. Check the spell.
I have one that uses 3 - thankfully I don't have any others.
