I have noticed lately that (on the Neriak server at least) a few different Adept IIIs have been hitting the market each night. Those are crafted using extremely rare materials right?

Yes. Adept III's are crafted by scholars like Jewlers/Alechmist. They are made from rare t1 - t5 mining rares. I think rough coral is tier 1 mining rare. Jasper is tier2 mining rare. Rough Opal is tier 3 Be sure to not confuse Rough Opal with Rough Opaline. And im not to sure on the tier4/5.
