I heard there was a way to lower the cost of your house how would I beable to do that? If anyone could help it would be appreciated. Thanks
While I'm not sure about lowering the cost of a house, you can lower the upkeep price by purchasing furniture which costs both coin and status (status is gained by completing guild writs, therefore you must be in a guild to gain status). Thats the only thing that I can think of that pertains to your question.

It's not possible to lower the upkeep of your inn room. If you live in a larger house in the city, you may lower upkeep by placing fancy furniture.
I'm not sure, though, whether the furniture will lower both cash and status upkeep, or just one of them.
